Mental Health Cooperative has moved its Cookeville facility and started serving customers at a new location at 979 Patriot Way in Cookeville.
The cooperative said the move gives MHC room to grow in its largest service region, covering 12 counties: Putnam, Clay, Pickett, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Morgan, Overton, Smith, White and Van Buren.
“With more space and better resources in this new facility, we are able to bring better care to those experiencing mental health crisis, substance use, or simply needing counseling,” said Kayla Jackson, Facility Director of the Cookeville Office.
MHC provides medication management, therapy and community based care management on an outpatient basis.
MHC Cookeville is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Patriot Way is a new road that runs parallel to Willow Avenue behind the Bojangles off of Humble Drive.
Provided by Mental Health Cooperative.
