What our Clients are
saying about us!
Got Questions? We’ve Got You.
How do I enroll in services?
You can call our intake line and select opt. 1 or you can submit the Start Services form online to begin the process. We will talk about what help you need and walk you through everything step by step.
Do I need insurance to get care?
No. We serve individuals with TennCare and those who qualify for state-funded programs. We’ll help you determine eligibility when you contact us.
Can I get help for my child or teen?
Yes. We offer youth-focused services including therapy, psychiatry, crisis care, and family wraparound support.
What happens after I submit a form?
You’ll be contacted by our Intake Team within 1–2 business days to answer questions and schedule your first appointment.
Do you offer drug and alcohol treatment?
We do work with individuals who are struggling with substance use. We specialize in outpatient Opioid Addiction Treatment through our MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) clinics that offer care management, psychiatry, therapy, primary care, and other crisis services.
I’m not ready to call. What can I do?
That’s okay. You can start services online through our secure form. We’ll reach out to you.
I’m a provider—how do I make a referral?
Use our dedicated referral form. We’ll take it from there.
Do you offer testing for autism spectrum disorder?
We do not offer testing for ASD. We are happy to work with you/your child in treating any co-occurring mental health concerns and assist in getting you connected with a provider that can offer testing.
Do you offer group therapy?
Yes, we do offer group therapy along with individual and family session counseling services with evidence-based and trauma-informed models.
How do I get a copy of my medical records?
Just ask us! You can fill out a form, and we’ll send you a copy or have it sent to someone you choose. The form and its instructions can be accessed on our Contact page.
